Graduated from Pace University with a BFA in Musical Theatre. She has appeared on stage in After The Dance, Twelth Night, Medea, Falsettos and Wall Street. She can be seen every first Monday of the month performing in Living Radio and Under St. Marks in New York City.

Lila Blake Palmer has appeared in Marvel's Cloak & Dagger (ABC), Devious Maids (Lifetime), Stage: The Bluest Eye, Othello. She has also written and recorded music.
Betty will be making her screen debut in The Communicator. She was rescued from Animal Haven in New York City. She enjoys playing fetch, getting belly rubs and sleeping.

Christy Smith-Sloman is a New Orleans-bred, New York City-based playwright, journalist and screenwriter and now, filmmaker. Her plays have been produced at The Cell Theater, Theater For The New City, T. Schreiber Studios, The Puerto-Rican Traveling Theater, The Harlem YMCA Little Theater and New Dramatists. Her screenplay To Be Young, Gifted and Black: The Lorraine Hansberry Story was awarded a New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) 2025 fellowship for screenwriting. Other works include City Hall, a short performed at the El Portal Theater as part of the ABC Discovers: Los Angeles Talent Showcase. Her journalism has appeared in Marie Claire, Essence, The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, Today.com and Cosmo.com. She has received a New York Foundation for the Arts grant for Dramatic Writing and a Creatives Rebuild Build New York grant for Dramatic Writing.
